imbue next doesn't seem good enough to be an elite, i think it would have to stop at least 1-3 hexes. And when i mean 1-3 it would depend on the attribute points.

All I can say is, if Anet makes a setting in Roman times and I think they will, you've prolly hit gold with this class

Edit: and to Tadace ace, thats not a very good reason to diagree with the concept. This is about CONCEPTS not individual little nit picky things. So we just take those two skills out in the worst case!
